Michael Taylor provides the strategic leadership and overall direction of Meridian Minerals. As Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for corporate strategy, business development, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives. His leadership focuses on building a sustainable mining company founded on operational excellence, transparency, and responsible resource development while ensuring the highest standards of governance and commercial integrity.

Faith Mujuru oversees the day-to-day operations of Meridian Minerals, ensuring efficient coordination across all operational functions while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, quality, and compliance. She is responsible for operational planning, project execution, process optimisation, and supporting the successful delivery of the company's mining and mineral processing objectives.

Shadrack Tshuma manages the procurement and supply chain functions of Meridian Minerals. His responsibilities include sourcing equipment, negotiating supplier agreements, managing procurement strategies, coordinating logistics, and ensuring projects receive quality resources on schedule and within budget.

Ndumiso Ncube oversees production planning and operational performance across Meridian Minerals' processing activities. He is responsible for production scheduling, quality assurance, plant performance, workforce coordination, equipment utilisation, and continuous improvement initiatives that maximise operational efficiency.
